My husband stayed here for a wedding in Palo Alto. I loved this hotel. Mostly because it was everything you want in a upper end hotel, it was nice; it was clean; and the service was excellent. The hotel is nice, but the set up is maze like. We had a great corner room with extra windows. The beds are great, and I can rarely sleep in a hotel bed. Everytime we left our room, we would return to find it cleaned up. Very friendly, attentive service. Went above and beyond the call of duty. Great pool and hot tub. Can't wait to stay there again.
