DO NOT rent from unit owner A102 Vicki (Victoria) Flores. She charges an initial "refundable" security deposit of $200.00 and will not return your money. After we stayed at the unit she would not contact us back. My wife and I have never received a call back or written notice. We left the place in immaculate condition. Renting from this owner has been an extremely frustrating experience.
As far as the complex goes, it is a nice place. Be careful of the wording "ocean view" apparently that statement is applied at various levels on the Island. We could barely see a corner of the bay from our room.
The place was nice and the overall location is good. Just rent directly through the management company.
