We used to come here quite often, because we really liked it. Then the prices became higher -like at other places-, but now we have experienced for the 3rd time that people at the desk were rather snippy and close to being rude. "The friendly rudeness".
We asked for a room that wouldn't have any street noise. They promissed us on the phone that there would be no street noise, however, it turned out to be really noisy from the street. We are coming here to avoid noise, and I don't need to pay some $100 to be more upset than at home. Furthermore, we felt that it was on their mercy to take us in there.
