We were sent a bill for damages to a room that was not our room. We have been trying to resolve this issue for months with no success. The pictures of the damage that was sent to us is from a two bedroom model with the kitchen on the right side of the room. Our unit was a one bedroom with the kitchen on the left side of the unit.
We sent pictures that were taken in our room which proves that it was not our room and the management staff of this resort is unwilling to admit their mistake so the only steps at this point we can consider is legal action against this facility.
If you visit, better get someone to sign a "legal" document to prove that you left it in excellent condition.
