We stayed in this same Hampton August of 2009 and it was great!! I do not know what happend during this past year, but this August, 2010, was most unpleasant. The front desk staff were not friendly and that is an understatement. With 4 to a room, we had requested a Roll A Way, it took over 4 1/2 hours and 3 trips to the front desk to finally get it. Pool was dirty, door keys did not work consistently. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again. We love Hampton's but this one has gone DOWNHILL....
