The worst customer service we've ever experienced
They kept us on the tour for 3 hours and tried to get us to purchase a time share. WE finally agreed to one of their packages and we paid them a cash deposit. They said they had to have a credit card on file to "complete the transaction". They said it didn't have to be an active card, the cash was fine but they had to have it for the file. WE agreed and gave them an old debit card. They promised not to take any money off since we gave them cash. Needless to say, they took the cash off anyway and caused us NSF fees. The company has refused to refund us our money, return our calls or respond to our letters. They are the worst!
