I took my family there and was lied to on the phone prior to my arrival about the water park that we could not use due to not attending a time share meeting. no coffee, dish soap and dishwasher soap or sheets for the hide a bed. when i asked to speak to a manager was told they were on the phone and did not have time to talk to me so i left giving my number and never recieved a call
