This hotel earns it's 'outstanding' rating. If you didn't know, it's wear President Clinton stayed on his visit to South Africa. It's where Oprah has stayed more than a couple times (so they tell me!). We stayed in a beautiful two bedroom suite overlooking the harbor. The room was formal yet comfortable. I'm a push over for heated towel bars. The restaurant was fabulous. A bar in the hotel has the largest selection of Whiskey's and you have to check it out.. look at the menu... and they let you walk through the wine cellar... (to hit the WC!). The staff was special and helpful in helping schedule excursions and reservations. On my first trip I stayed at Mt. Nelson. It too is great, but I liked my experience here better. The location was fantastic for easy access to the waterfront. So much entertainment and shopping within a few hundred steps.
