Booked a Superior room for our wedding anniversary - what a letdown.
Arrived after a late flight to find a poky room - 12" between the bed and a cupboard with a TV on it. Had to move chairs into bathroom to open tiny wardrobe.
Hole in bathroom ceiling where extractor fan should have been. Paint on ceiling flaking off and light in bedroom not working.
No balconies as stated in their ads (no bathrobes or slippers as promised either).
Black mould around bath and a chipped toilet squashed between a wall & a cupboard - absolutely disgusting.
Complained on arrival and were told we'd be moved to a bigger room nest morning.
Amazingly, next day the staff said this (room 103) was one of their biggest rooms and was classed as a superior so they couldn't move us.
Staff are not multilingual as claimed and were unhelpful.
In summary - a two star hotel at four star prices.
My advice to anyone thinking of booking it - PLEASE DON't - this hotel experience was awful.
