We won't be back!
The room was nice and clean, no complaints about that. However, the hotel charges a daily special fee that is suppsed to include wireless internet, pool stuff, etc.. The internet did not work in our room at all. We complained to the front desk and the lady did not even care or tried to fix it. She suggested to use the computer at the lobby which obviously is not free of charge. She even laughed at me... interesting. I don't understand why I need to pay for the internet if the service was supposed to be included in the daily fee. Needless to say that I did not get that money back. In addition, they ran out of towels at the pool. The guy in charge told us that we would have to wait 45 mins to get towels, which obviously meant that we could not go to the pool or the beach. When we came back one hour later they still did not have towels... I went to the front desk to complain and again, the lady laughed at me. Fortunately a very nice gentlemen took my complaint seriously and went to get us two towels (room towels by the way). The hotel is clean and it's in a good location but it's a RIP OFF for the money we paid. I come to Miami all the time and this hotel provides by far the worse service I have ever experienced in Miami. We won't be back.
