Service Was Awful
I'm a pretty clear guy, and I swear the guy at the front desk was constantly yelling at me, as if I was a complete idiot.
On the phone, he yelled at me. When I asked to have two beds in the room instead of a king size, he yelled at me.
Maybe there was a language barrier, but in the service industry, it is important to be somewhat welcoming. Oh well.
