Loved San Jose but will stay elsewhere on future trips

1) Very noisy all night long with the sounds of carts being rolled up and down the tiled floor hallways and street vendors hawking there wares outside your window on central ave.
2) Contrary to there claim that they have wireless internet in the rooms, it does not work and when brought to there attention they just smile and shrug there shoulders.
3) Very poor attitude from the staff in general, especially the front desk and concierge.
4) For the money that they charge there are much better places that will give better service and make you feel welcome.
