Disappointing Under New Ownership

Since new ownership too over the Presidente has gone down hill. The old News Cafe restaurant was remodeled into a modern looking place. Unfortunately the new menu is limited, the prices are expensive and the food was terrible. The hallway floors are tiled and the walls are hard plaster so there is nothing to absorb/dampen sound, so you can hear every person talking, luggage rolling, hotel personel working during all hour of the day.
On the plus side, the rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel guest can also take care of the departure tax in the lobby.
