Not the same Plaza

Having stayed and always loved the old Plaza, I couldn't wait to return to the new Plaza. I really should have stayed away. The rooms are beautiful, but so overpriced. The t.v. didn't work. It is a cable issue that they are working on. Such a disappointment. When we checked out, my husband and I left the hotel, luggage in hand, and not one bellman otuside offered to help us with our bags. Way to expensive for this awful service. Hope they get their act together...back to the St. Regis for us.
