ONLY AS A LAST RESORT(no pun intended)

Their are too many reasons to mention why the value of this place is not even close to the amount you pay even for the bigger rooms. At one time they went for $300 a week!?! And the so called "specials" are only to draw in business but only apply if you pay the full price for multiple days,whereas the average traveler would only need 2 nights at the most. The "exercise room" is nothing more than two worn down machines that barely work,and the pool has been closed for an indefinite period of time. The laundry only has 2 washers and dryers,one of which is inoperable. The only maintenance I have ever seen done on the rooms is painting just to improve the appearance while letting the other problems go ignored. This place is a few more major repairs from being condemned altogther and only because it is run by foreigners is it still in operation. There is an apartment complex next door where the rent is much cheaper so there is no reason they should have the rates there so high. Bottom line is they are only money hungry and would sacrifice repeat customers just to keep the rates high. Even if they lowered the room rates,I would never go back because of the overall attitude and ineptness of management there.
