what an experience. you either met snobby arogant staff or helpful pleasant staff !!
Heaven forbid if you do something wrong ... like show up 15 minutes late at their International restaurant ... for them, it was like spitting on their flag !!! NO SERVICE or only half service for showing up late !! geez, they definitely did not go to the school of "the client is always right so work with them".
As for the food, the best I ate would be considered 2.5 stars, but half of the staff went the extra distance for you ... as for the other half, well, you were bothering them if you asked for something ...
go back to Cuba ??? nope, I'll spend my money where I can get my money's worth,
