The Campus Inn is mainly for those coming to Springfield to work for Prime Inc. Other drivers and travelers can stay here as well, as far as I can tell. Prime orientation classes are conveniently located at the motel.
While some of the other reviews are critical of the service I will say this; Treat people with respect and you will in turn be treated like wise. And if you treat others poorly they will most likely do so in return.
I have had nothing but good experiences with the staff. But, I also treat people with kindness and respect.
