My mom and I had lunch at the Carvings buffet and I have to say it was wonderful! We visit Las Vegas several times a year and this is the first time we ate here, it is one of the best buffets in town.
I was getting tired of the bland buffets but this has renewed my faith that buffets aren't all the same.
Of couse there was lots to offer from sushi to pulled pork. The prime rib was delicious and don't leave without your chocolate chip cookie! I just finished one and can't wait to go back and get another one.
You've gotta try the Carving when you visit Vegas!
