We entered rm one-which was not cleaned yet just to see our rm -no way even if it was cleaned that we were going to stay in rm 203..so on to rm two- which we stayed in with 2 "hard"old beds-rm 118. Then on to room three on the second day which was rm 110. The rm had a budwiser sign on the wall -which we did not find impressive for a rm that is to fit all guest. The hot water was out when we came back from the ocean at 3pm and the desk clerk said well we had a full house and ran out-then get a hot water tank to fit your hotel size!!!! The rm was freezing as their a/c is controlled at the front desk not by the individual rms. The sheets smelled smokey, and it looked like urine stains all over the side of the mattress-it was disgusting. And a nice stain was on the rug near or bed-get down on your hands and knees and clean it if necessary.. I discovered bites all over my ankle area the night after I left and believe their was probably bed bugs. Please stay away from this dump. The site on the web looks really nice and is definetely a set up as our bed spread was at least from the 1970's The water from the pool above the front desk area leaked down on our vehicle daily. There was a disco dance hall across the street from rm 110 you could hear the constant pounding of the music. We paid 119.00 a night and had to cancel one week ahead in order to get our money back. Believe me it was not worth 50.00. I put in many complaints and he just gave me back 20.00 which was a slap in the face. Rename your hotel Dumpsville not Hampton Harbor Hotel as you can not see the harbor from this hotel...
