We can't wait to go back!

My family and I just returned from our second trip to Atlantic City, but our first time at the Taj Mahal. It was a wonderful experience. Check-in was a breeze and included valet parking (total cost for parking during our stay was only $4.00). We were in our room in no time, and the bellman was only a few minutes behind with our luggage. The rooms are very clean and very spacious. There were standard ameneties and a small refigerator. There wasn't anything extraordinary about the room, but it was comfortable and all that we needed. The pool area at the Taj is lovely. It's a large olympic style pool with lots of room for everyone. The area is tastefully decorated with plenty of lounge chairs. There is also a bar that provides drinks. The Taj is in an ideal location to enjoy all AC has to offer. My husband gambled a little in the casino, and the kids were happy to be right across from the Steel Pier. It is also a short walk from the GoKart track. The beach is clean, and the water is warm. I think that there is work being done to clean up Atlantic City off of the boardwalk, but I don't think it's any worse that any other city. All in all, it was a fabulous trip to a great hotel. There was something for everyone, and we can't wait to return.
