I figured the Trump brand would be top notch, but honestly I felt the room was A 2 star 1990's room. The mattress was old, being ocd I black light every room i stay in and my first room failed, the second room i asked to move to did pass and did have a newer mattress and brand new bedding.
The gaming and dining are tops, but the rooms are not so good, but you get what you pay for and the prices are good. If you have never stayed in 4 or 5 star hotels and stick to franchise style hotels you may find The Trump Taj Mahal to be a step up, but imo a small step. ts a solid 3.5 star hotel.I
