awful/rude waiters

We ate at the poolside resto/bar on Nov 20, 2006 at 6pm. The staff there were "cold" and aloof. Plus when I ordered for a canned juice, they served it already poured in the glass (without the can in sight) . How would I know where that juice came from. The fact I ordered specifically for a canned drink is so I know what I'm getting or drinking. When i complained to the waiter, he raised his voice telling me that is standard practice. The girl supervisor (I assumed she the was the supervisor coz she was the only one dressed in whole dress) just looked. Not only that, when I insisted on getting my canned drink (as in still inside the can), she threw me dagger looks. They even had the audacity to talk about me when I was still there.Not even bothering to lower down their voice. When I asked who their manager was, it was the only time they all hushed up. For those who say their service is great, could be you are a foreigner or you were with a foreigner. You probably can guess why. The food was so-so. Not exactly great. Edible yes. But in cagayan de oro, you can find better restos (and better hotels). We wanted to check in together with my family but after that incident, no way.
