I must say that the photo tour of the hotel on it's website must be some other hotel! The site displays rooms that are modern, with flat panel TVs and new furniture, bathrooms, etc.
My room was nothing like that. The AC did not work, the shower leaked and flooded the bathroom floor every time you used it. The furnishings in the room were from Franco's time and not at all well kept. No internet, except for TV internet; if you have to work, forget it.
If you want service you had better do things yourself. All of this for the great price of $295.00 Euro a night (plus VAT and Service)!
