In Sept. 2005, we stayed at this hotel for almost 2 weeks because we had evacuated from Louisiana due to Hurricane Rita. During that stay, we stayed in the front building. Our room faced the indoor pool. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful. They went out of their way to help us. Because we were evacuees from Hurricane Rita, they gathered free coupons from area restaraunts and gave them to us. We had to evacuate again in 2008 because of Hurricane Gustav. This time we stayed in the back building. The only complaint I have about this building was that the carpets weren't very clean. Our socks were black after walking on the carpet in our room. Other than that, everything else was clean and the staff, once again, was wonderful. Another benefit of staying at this hotel was the smooth, level parking at the front building. Not many hotels in Branson have a flat parking lot. This helps alot when you're carrying lots of luggage and trying to keep up with your kids! This hotel also has a laundry area. The continental breakfast that comes with your room was great also. Our kids loved the indoor pool. When we would return to the hotel every evening the kids would swim until the pool area closed (I think it was around midnight). We will definately stay at this hotel again!
