Poor service , very rude front desk people
One of my friend had an outpatient surgery in Feb, 04 near the Beverly Hilton. In order for her to have a good recovery, she booked the hotel so she does not have to fight for the traffic right afterwards. The check in time was supposed to be 3:pm and we did not arrive in the hotel until 10pm because of delay in surgerty. To our surprise that the room was not ready even though it was 7 hours after the check in time. We waited in the lobby for more than 30 minutes and the room was still not ready. When I complained to the front desk, their attitude is that if you travel enough, you should know the room may not be ready in any hotel. I understnd if the room is not ready for 2-3 hours and not for SEVEN hours. After we finally in the room, the service people opened the door without knocking and closed the door without any apology.
This is the worst experience I have with any hotel. They are stuck up because they are working in "Beverly Hills".
