Ultra Modern Indulgence

My friend and I arrived at the hotel around 9:30 in the evening. We were only going to be staying in the city for a couple of nights and decided to splurge on the hotel, and stayed in the beautiful neighboorhood of Chapultepec, Polanco. Upon entering we were greeted by incredibly friendly staff, glowing lights of various colors, an amazing bar, and an ultra-comfy lounge. We checked in without a single difficulty and the bellman carried our luggage up to the room. The decor of the entire hotel is incredibly modern, but in a very tasteful and esthetically pleasing way. Bold colors abound in this hotel as well as an incredible attention to detail. The spa area is also amazing beautiful and all of your stress just melts away upon entering--you don't even have to have a treatment to relax there. Every staff member down to the housekeepers were completely bilingual meaning that no guest will have any problem with a language barrier. The service was impeccable and I cannot complain about a single thing. One recommendation, even if you don't have the opportunity to stay at the W, be sure to eat at their restaurant. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!
