Even though the rooms were small, they were comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is less than a block from Union Station (subways, trains, streetcars, and buses) and a very short walk from many of the main attractions such as Air Canada Centre.
The food in The Pub was great as was the service.
While the hotel does not have it's own parking garage, guests can park in the city underground lot and the entrance to this is right next to the hotel. The cost to park here for the whole weekend was much less than I would have expected and less than most hotels usually charge for their own parking facilities.
