the worst place ever!!!!

when we arrived at the hotel it was full of truckers. when we checked in karen the front desk girl was rude. she gave me to the key to the room. we proceeded to the room and made several attempts to get in but the key was not working after a minute of trying the curtin flew open and there was a man standing there in the window. now you could only imagine how we felt ecspecially when you have a young child with you. i went back down to the lobby to let karen know and she said the hotel was full and there was nothing she could do. so i told her this was already paid for well in advance and we were not leaving. after leaving us standing there for ten minutes and calling her boss telling her that she needed to come back to work because she was not dealing with this she gave us a key to a room which i am sure was probably somebody elses room. the room was gross. i contacted yahoos customer service and they said sorry that was it!!!
