Front Desk Helpfulness Lacking
During our stay, we bought two overpriced bottles of wine. It was to be expected since they were purchased at the Lodge's General Store. That wasn't a problem. However, we later realized we were without a corkscrew and the General Store was closed. After making the night walk down to the lodge's main building, we were underwhelmed by the helpfulness with opening the two bottles of wine. "The general store sells bottle openers. Why don't you go there?" was the employee's suggestion. For the amount of money we were spending for the cabin, I didn't think it was too much to expect a bit more hospitality.
