What A Let Down!

After checking out thee Avalon's very retro website, I went ahead and booked my Grandmother and I our rooms. We were looking forward to a lovely girls weekend and it was such a let down. My room was the size of a shoe-box. Every time I flush the toilet: The sink would leak!! Thus, a flooded bathroom; I could have been electrocuted!!
As stated below, I too found this a very noisy hotel.
Maid service never knocked, I was in the shower: They didn't care, they just came right in!
Room service, was great, but astronomical...
Completely and totally over-priced. I will never go back again!
