We obtained details of hotel through First Choice and the only fly in the ointment was the noise of the traffic which flows past the hotel on three sides. We had a problem with the terrific heat during the first week, but the air con in the bedroom was a great benefit. The staff work extremely hard, 15 hours a day 6 day's a week, but they are always cheerful and eager to help you. We came to know the assistant General Manager Ozgur Guven well during the stay, and found our conversations with him to be both instructive and interesting plus, he had a very good sense of humour. The food suited my wife ideally, consisting of lots of pasta dishes, and salads. I could have done with a more varied selection of grilled or plain roasted meats. All in all we enjoyed our stay, in fact the wife didn't want come home.
