We had a great deal to get away for the wek-end and had stayed at the hotel before. We were placed inthe tower, no lights in the hall, there was one working elevator and it felt like a sauna in the hallways. They moved us once to get us out of the smoke free room that stunk. We complained again and they moved us to a suite. The room was great then but we had to complain constantly to get a adequate room. We felt second class from their treatment. This was our 31 st Anniv. Would not recommend this experience for anyone.
