Run down, but clean. Fan kept clicking so couldn't use it at night (tick... tick... tick... tick...). Easy to find but out of the touristy areas. Furniture scratched and too big for room, bathed in yellowish water. Not terrible, but at 50 some-odd bucks you get what you paid for.
