The Harbour View Inn is in a great location overlooking the harbor. It is nice walking through Battery Park on the water which is right across the street from the Hotel. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. It is close enough to the Historical District. The staff at the hotel are delightful...very helpful with directions and suggestions for things to see and do. Everyone is very polite and friendly. The rooms are lovely and clean. The ceilings are high and gives you a spacious feeling. The wine and cheese in the afternoon, and the warm cookies and milk at night are a treat. Breakfast is brought to your room in the morning. There is always fresh coffee and fruit in the lobbies. We really enjoyed staying here and would certainly come back again.
