Awful, but not many alternatives to choose

Any reviews that say anything good about this hotel must be written by the hotel owner.
This hotel locates in a place that no taxi driver knows. The hotel rooms are dirty, and the beds and the air cons are mostly broken. Not to mention that the air cons are too noisy to make you stay awake. And the towels are greyish when they are supposed to be white.
About the rates: the rates advertised on the web are not the rate that they charge you with. When you check out the hotel staff will make you wait in the lobby so that they will check inside the room to see if they can find anything to charge you with.
The only nice thing : the staffs in the hotel are friendly and pleasant. But that does not make up the bad things about a bad hotel.
Too bad it is one of the few hotels in that region that you can choose from. If at all possible, would the owner please consider tearing down the hotel or make a major renovation?
