Burger vs. Service
We've eaten at the Forks restaurant many times, and while the burgers are great, the service is definately lacking. We were there over 4th of July, and we were a big group. However, one person in our group has a very serious milk allergy (his food can't even be cooked near/on anything with milk), and in the past we've brought in homemade burgers for him to eat with the rest of the group. However, on this visit, we were told that he would have to take his food and eat outside. Even after we explained the situation, we were told by the OWNER that next time we "should ask if it's ok, instead of telling them." Umm... I guess my friends didn't realize that after YEARS of bringing in a separate meal for him. After that comment we felt completely insulted, and went to eat at Millers (which has better burgers), who didn't have a problem with him bringing his milk-safe burger into their establishment. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience!
