Never before in my life have I had the misfortune to frequent such a miserable and squalid establishment. Temperature never dropped below 30 degree's, that is of course due to the lack of air conditioning anywhere in the hotel apart from a fan for the receptionist!
As for the staff, they were lacking in every capacity, rooms were returned to to find belongings searched and the receptionist remained nonchalant to the point of negligent until she undercharged our rooms and proceeded to send rude emails.
Breakfast was mediocre at best, flies were all over the food and milk was warm. The decor was dated and the carpet leaves you wanting to vomit if you look at it for too long. Lacking a personal touch.
Lastly, the location would leave any would be customer stranded without a car, the area is less than desirable and still demands the price of a hotel closer to the center of Stockholm.
All in all I left feeling thoroughly dissatisfied and have urged all others to miss this poor excuse of a hotel at all costs.
