bad customer service
While it was a clean and the help was okay, there customer service stinks. I fell on there property right after check in on the steps that were pitch black and fractured my foot. not one call or any interaction (to see how I was) for that matter, after repeated tries to contact management, no reply. unfortunatley I have to go the legal route for compensation for my two night there with a fractured foot.
