Do not stay here.The Manager will not talk to you!
My wife, mother in law and 7 month old stayed. They were in room A. At 630, the sound of the kitchen and the smell woke them all up. When they called to ask for help, they were told there was nothing they could do. After some discussion, they were allowed to get out of their second night reservation and given a $15 discount. They asked to speak to the manager and he would not come out to talk to them. What a chump!! You have a guest at your hotel and you are not willing to talk to your guests. Where is the customer service? If the room is not up to standard then take it out of service. If it is up to your standard, then you must be willing to listen to customer complaints. There are so many places to stay with much better value and customer service. DO NOT STAY at the Village Inn.
