Enjoyed our stay
My teenage daughter and I recently enjoyed a 4 night stay. For the first 3 nights we enjoyed the duplex 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms ,large living room and private courtyard accessed from sliding glass doors in each bedroom. The suite of rooms was very nice with tradtional victorian furniture and art work, chandeliers. Each bedroom was a nice size with a full Queen side bed. One bedroom was a little smaller but this one had a separate dressing area. Both bathrooms were recently updated with new sinks. Plenty of towels and nice soap and shampoo. Beds were comfortable. Please note sheets were clean but well worn. At this hotel do not expect pristine white 4oo count sheets on the bed but they are soft and comfortable. This suite also included a pull out couch in the living room so you could sleep 6 in the suite. The hotel has been described by others as generally clean with a little dust around the corners and that is absolutely correct while our rooms were very well kept and clean the hotels main rooms had a bit of dust around the corners and while the rooms were mostly freshly painted they were a little scoffed up around the baseboards. The hotel provided a decent continental breakfast, fresh fruit ,cold cereals, pastry, mufffins, coffee , juice, bagelds toast etc. Plenty of newspapers and magazines and even some books in the hotel livingrooms were put out for guests enjoyment. Also complimentary sherry and cookies in the afternoon and 24 hour fresh coffee. Free internet acess in the lobby. On the last night we moved into a King size one bedroom suite which was also very nice. Hotel Staff were very very nice and friendly at this hotel you were really treated like a guest.
