Avoid the \"W\" hotel in Westwood LA

The hotel was being refurbished but they did not inform us before the stay.
The pool area was used for a private function for one afternoon so that the hotel guests could not use it.
Second day the pool area was used for another promotional party and became extremely crowded and noisy.
Very noisy and crowded hotel in the evenings.
Staff varied from helpful to surly. Very inconsistent.
No baths in refurbished rooms, un-refurbished rooms in need of refurbishment.
Parking charge $31 per day.
