Worst Nightmare Ever!
The smell in the hallways as we were checking in was nauseating! The windows were actually plexiglass that had been caulked and screwed into the frame and despite the smell and non-working A/C could not be opened. Shortly after getting back from the falls that evening the electricity went out and we were told that someone was being sent up to fix the problem - that never happened! At 5:00 AM after trying to sleep in unbearable heat and 3rd world conditions, I went down to complain. I NEVER received a call from the "manager" and upon checkout was offered a 30% discount because of not having electricity. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL -SLEEPING IN THE PARK WOULD HAVE BEEN A MUCH BETTER ALTERNATIVE FOR MY FAMILY.
