New owners.....Walked in my room and saw right away that the room was not clean. I took a washcloth and wiped down the bathroom sink, desk, nightstand, and table in front of the couch. The washcloth was no longer white...it was very black. I approached the new owner and he became extremely defensive. I asked for a $20 refund and eventually got it, but not before I talked about contacting the BBB. Needless to say, I did not sleep well that night. Will NEVER stay there again. Rates have gone up too.
