No compensation for their error!
Booked ground floor rm. with/deck almost 1 month in advance. Arrived with a 2 & 4 year old (& all their gear) only to find out their online booking system had put us in a third floor room. It's 5pm on a Friday night felt we were left with no choice but to haul several loads up 3 flights of stairs. Snotty email when I questioned some type of compensation for THEIR error! No screens on windows & their window locks didn't fit to keep little ones safe. Heating was either cold or too hot. NEVER stay here again!
