My father is staying at the Vagabond Sunnyvale for several days and my sisters and I have been visiting the place a lot to pick Dad up and drop him off, so naturally we also see the room close-up and on a daily basis. (this is April 2009)
We are very happy with the service, and the Manager, Kam Patel, has been especially nice and extra helpful. He has taken care of any issues (my father keeps goofing up his TV cable box) that have come up and is very responsive and pleasant to deal with.
I am posting this because I have seen some poor reviews online and it surprised me - our experience so far with the place and the staff have been really good - exceptional, really. They have gone out of their way to make my father feel at home during his stay there, the place is clean, and all of the staff have been very friendly.
