Not a 5-Star Hotel

I have to say that I am very surprised by all the positive reviews. I have stayed at several Conrad hotels other than this one. This hotel is a Conrad in name only. In terms of both service and amenities, it fails miserably.
To call this a 5-star hotel would be the equivalent of comparing a Days Inn to a Westin.
It was clean, but the lobby, the food, the room size and amenities, and the service were not even close to 5-star.
There are a few other upscale places I would stay the next time in Dublin. This hotel doesn't even show up on the radar.
On a positive note, it is located in a safe area and is within walking distance to plenty of cool places - including the infamous Grafton Street. Unfortunately, that is really the best I can say for this place. I will definitely not stay there again.
