WATCH IT!!! They charge twice for room.
I stayed here the night of my wedding. As I was not able to check in, my parents checked into my room for me. I had the room held under my card number and they used their card to check in. I check my bank account only to find out they had charge my card (and it posted) and they charged my parents card (and it posted). I have now been fighting with them for over a week and still have not had my account credited for this charge. The front desk person I talked to yelled at me and said she told me to talk to another front desk lady. I told her she never said anything about talking to another person an that the mamager was suppose to call me. Again, she yelled at me. As far as I am concerned I am the customer and I should not be getting yelled at for their mistake. I should not have to talk to another front desk person when it is the manager that needs to credit my account. I will never stay here again, nor will I recommend it to my friends, family or co-workers. the Best Western may be more expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for. I have figured out again that you get what you pay for. As I can see they want money, are not willing to say they were wrong and do not care how their customers are treated.
