Worst Hotel Ever - BEWARE

Booking in this hotel has been my worst experience ever, as compared to any throughout the country.They have the worst customer service, the front desk and the person on the phone is the rudest guy you would have ever talked to. I even tried to cancel my reservation and they would not let me. They have a ridiculous 30 day cancellation policy. Most people don't even book a hotel 30 days in advance!
I made a mess of my trip just coz of this hotel and I would never ever recommend it to anyone. They are such a rip off and there are so many other far better options available in Aspen.
