Family Trip to Telluride
Flew into Montrose rather then Telluride for cost and ease of access. Drive was pretty but long ( 1 1/2 hours)
Town of Telluride was beautiful and charming. Very easy to access by Gondola. Mountain village was great and similar to most modern ski villages like Beaver Creek.
Slopes were not particularly well groomed and were harder level for level then other ski resorts we have been to such as Beaver Creek and Vail.
Central lift area at "The Beach" was crowed.
Children's ski school was good but not nearly as well organized as Beaver creek or Deer Valley.
Overall, my family had no regrets visiting Telluride for this year's ski trip but it is unlikely we would go back anytime soon.
