Worst Stay in 25 Years of Travel
I hardly know where to start: we arrived and were given access keys which did not work. That took some time to fix and once we got in the room we immediately noticed that the furniture was badly stained and all the wood surfaces were discolored and badly pitted. The safety lock had been ripped off the door and a chuck of wood was missing out of the door frame where it should have been attached.
The hotel was under major construction with new and discarded building supplies randomly strewm about the property in hallways, parking spaces and stairwells. We had to beg each day for linen and towels and most often was told to wait until late in the evening when the other shift came in.
During the stay my vehicle was broken into and I had to pay for emergency glass replacement and still have not replaced the stolen GPS unit. The front desk person handed me a local directory when I asked him to contact the police! I never received any return call from the management regarding my complaints and upon checking out a day early I insisted that the front desk call him and he said he had not checked his voicemail for the last several days and of course promised to take care of my concerns. Two weeks later I have heard nothing and am now in contact with Ramada Corporate. Their response to date has been to contact the local management which has proven to be a joke.
Do not stay at this location!!!! It is not safe and this is the worst service I have experienced in 25 years of traveling.
